DHTT 1614 - Truck Advanced Electrical

Credit Hours 4 , Lecture 1 , Lab 6

Provides advanced coverage of electrical/electronic system diagnostic techniques, troubleshooting of medium/heavy truck electrical systems, schematic utilization, and supplemental restrain system (SRS) operation. This course meets a portion of the standards set by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) for Certification T6 (electrical/electronics) and also addresses a portion of the advanced electrical/electronic tasks list required by National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

Prerequisites: DHTT 1803  and DHTT 1903  with a grade of “C” or better
