ARTS 1403 - Beginning Ceramics

Introduces the techniques, processes, and aesthetic concerns of using clay as a art-making material by teaching to complete a number of original works. Covers hand-building techniques, earthenware glazing, and firing processes. The course requires a studio/materials fee.
