Introduces a study of legal principles and practices in the business environment. Reviews the nature and sources of law, the judicial system, contractual relationships, contracts, employee/employer obligations, and ethics. This course requires a materials fee.
Prerequisites: BUSN 1003 with a grade of “C” or better
