SONO 1203 - Sonographic Sectional Anatomy

Covers sectional anatomy of the body in the transverse, longitudinal and coronal planes. Emphasis will be placed on the vessels and organs with correlation of the anatomy to sonographic imaging. Significant
hands-on lab component designed to develop skills competence utilizing basic sonographic instrument
operation and manipulation. This course requires a student fee.
Prerequisites: Admission to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography AAS, Abdomen-OB/GYN concentration
