SONO 2201 - Physics and Instrumentation III

Credit Hours 1 , Lecture 1 , Lab 0

Concludes the Physics and Instrumentation course sequence. This course provides students with a comprehensive review of Sonographic Principles and Instrumentation as preparation for the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Sonographic Principles and Instrumentation (SPI) registry exam. Students will take a series of registry-like examinations.

Prerequisites: Permission of the Program Manager for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography AAS, Abdomen-OB/GYN concentration or the Program Manager for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography AAS, Echocardiography and Vascular Technology concentration
