PALG 2163 - Litigation II
Credit Hours 3 , Lecture 3 , Lab 0
Expands the analysis and practical applications of civil litigation concepts using federal and state rules of civil procedure initated in Litigation I. Focuses on pleadings, motions, and discovery; evidence; trial preparation; settlement; and post-trial practice. Discovery segment will address interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, notice of depositions, subpoenas, and discovery motions.
