ASLS 1113 - American Sign Language III
Credit Hours 3 , Lecture 3
Builds on skills learned in American Sign Language II with an emphasis on complex grammatical features and vocabulary, short stories, narratives, and dialogues. Students will also broaden their knowledge of the Deaf community and Deaf culture. Course instruction is primarily in American Sign Language (ASL). Note: This course has been approved as a General Education course (Humanities).
Prerequisites: ASLS 1023 , ASLS 1033 , and ENGL 1013 with a grade of “C” or better.
