CULN 1123 - Hospitality Industry Overview
Credit Hours 3 , Lecture 3
Develops an understanding of the hospitality industry and career opportunities in the field. Students will be expected to read trade journals published by professional organizations appropriate for continuing education and become aware of the structure and basic functions of departments within hospitality and food service establishments. This course requires a lab fee.
